My Story
The Beginning
I was born in Colombia and came to the U.S. at age four.
After finishing high school back home, I earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational & Industrial, and Consumer behavior.
My curiosity about how people think, decide, and connect shaped everything that came next.
The Corporate Chapter
For 25+ years, I thrived in sales and operations across banking, insurance, real estate, and hospitality.
15 years at Marriott International leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
Built scalable systems and high-performing remote teams.
Delivered measurable impact in complex, matrixed environments.
Most recently achieved a 114% YoY increase in project volume with a 58% conversion rate.
The Turning Point
After years of driving results, I realized success without alignment can lead to burnout. I wanted to create impact with intention—work that blends strategy, humanity, and transformation.

Beyond the Boardroom
I’m a proud Afro-Latina, wife, and mom. I love boating on the Barnegat Bay, summers at the Jersey Shore, and cheering for my favorite sports teams. My daughter is pursuing a career in the medical field in Florida, and family is my anchor.
